The Ed.S. in IT program involves learning to apply the latest and most effective
technologies. Therefore, there is an expectation that learners in the
program will have access to certain hardware and software. We provide the
following as a "get started" or basic level required for participating
in the program.

PC or Mac: Pentium III 300mghz or better computer (we do not recommend Celeron
processor computers), Macs should be a 7100 model or better
64mb of RAM minimum
2 gig hard drive minimum
28.8 modem minimum with local ISP connection. 56.6
modem is recommended. Cable or DSL
modem is optimal for areas that have such access.
