How do I apply for acceptance into the program?
Meet the Faculty!

Valdosta State University's College of Education  began offering an online Education Specialist Degree in Instructional Technology in Summer, 2000.  Media specialists, technology coordinators, teachers, and other educators and trainers with a Master's degree in any field are invited to apply.

The Department of Curriculum and Instructional Technology (CAIT) offers a totally online program of study culminating in an Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S.). Participants complete all coursework at a distance using the Internet and the web-based online learning system, WebCT. Because the online learning system is available continuously, students access their courses at their convenience using any computer connected to the Internet by a web browser such as Netscape. Experiential learning and application of knowledge and skills are vital components of each class.
